A former 10 year pro and in the last 6 years, Jacob has dedicated himself to learning about the mind body connection. In those learnings, he has learned the power of the breath in Mental Performance training, positive self talk and overcoming root causes to performance blockages. Helping players around the world that are struggling with the same things Coach Newton did, has provided immense passion and love for being of service to athletes.
